The short version: without an account, this site remembers two things, your answer at the door and your cart, and both stay on your device. With an account, we keep your profile, orders and Party Points so you can see them.
01What this site keeps in your browser
Your answer at the door: that you said yes, the date, and which version of the terms you agreed to. It is kept for 30 days. If you say you are under 21, that answer is kept until you close the browser.
Your cart: which products and how many.
Both are stored on your own device. Neither is sent to us.
If you sign in, a sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. It is set only when you sign in and removed when you sign out. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
02If you create an account
We keep your email address, a password (stored only as a one-way hash by our database provider, Supabase), and the name, phone number and shipping address you choose to add.
We keep your orders and their status and tracking, and a record of the Party Points you earn and redeem. Orders placed as a guest with the same email are added to your account when you open it.
Your account data is stored with Supabase in the United States. Only you can see it when signed in; store staff can see it to run your orders.
If you ask to reset your password, we email you a one-time link. The email is sent through Resend, our email provider, and contains nothing but that link. We keep a record of reset requests (the email address and network address) for one day, to stop the form being misused.
03If you play Golden Hour Glide
Playing needs nothing from you. To claim a prize you enter your email address and tick a box agreeing to get the code and occasional offers by email. We keep that address, when you agreed, the prize code and its value, and the network address the claim came from. Each run’s score and taps are kept so the score can be checked.
Every email we send you lets you unsubscribe; you can also ask us to delete your address.
04What this site does not collect today
Without an account or a game prize, it does not ask for your name, email address, date of birth or field of work. It does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
05When the store opensTo be confirmed
Taking an order needs a name, an address and a payment. What is collected, who handles it and how long it is kept will be published here before checkout opens.
06Your choices
Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes your answer at the door, your cart and your sign-in. The door will ask again on your next visit.
