Cancel any order before it ships, with no fee: email support@amino-party.com with your order number as soon as you can.
01In one breath
Cancel before it ships and there is no fee. Email support@amino-party.com with the subject "Cancel Order #[your order number]" the moment you decide.
02When cancelling is possible
Only while the order has not yet been processed for shipment. The moment a tracking number is generated and the order enters fulfilment, cancelling is off the table.
There is no fixed cancellation window. Orders can move from received to fulfilled fast, sometimes faster than an email gets read. Writing within the first hour gives you the best odds, not a guarantee. If the order has already been processed when we see your message, we cannot cancel it, and we will tell you exactly where it is.

03How to ask
Email support@amino-party.com right away, subject "Cancel Order #[your order number]", and include the order number plus the email address you used at checkout.
You will hear back with one of two answers: the order is cancelled and a full refund is on its way to your card, or the order has already entered fulfilment and cannot be cancelled, with what happens next.
04Refunds after cancelling
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the card that paid. For an order that has already shipped, the Refund & Shipping Policy applies: research products cannot be returned, except for vials damaged or visibly compromised on arrival, a product that fails independent purity verification, or a shipping error on our side.
Chargebacks: talk to support@amino-party.com first. Opening a chargeback before contacting us slows everything down and may suspend the account.
05Research use
Everything on the shelf is for laboratory research use only, never for human or veterinary use. Cancelling an order does not change what was agreed at checkout about research use.
