CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 5 mg / 5 mg, glass vial, crimp seal, flip-top cap, Amino Party Peptides label

Blends

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

This product pairs CJC-1295 (no DAC) with ipamorelin in one vial. The first acts at the GHRH receptor and the second at the ghrelin receptor. Each has its own body of literature; nobody has published work on the pair mixed this way.

What researchers study it for

  • Chemistry relative to GHRH(1-29)
  • Identification in confiscated doping samples
  • Selectivity for growth hormone over other pituitary hormones
  • Animal work on which pituitary hormones respond

How it is thought to work

CJC-1295 (no DAC): Because it is built on GHRH(1-29), the assumption is that it engages the GHRH receptor on somatotroph cells in the pituitary. Ipamorelin: It binds the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), and the pituitary responds by letting out growth hormone.

Where the research stands

Blend of research compounds. Each component is studied separately; as a combined vial it has no dedicated published research. The least-established component is CJC-1295 (no DAC): nothing published in humans.
